my Inventory Manager PRO App Reviews

Pretty good inventory app. I havent tried the eBay part of it yet, but the rest seems solid. As mentioned before, being able to edit the fixed fields would be handy as would being able to set up text drop downs so i dont have to enter the same value a hundred times. Ex. I sell lighters, most of them have either a standard or a torch flame with a few exceptions. Having the ability to create a field called Flame Type and choose between a few choices or add new. Same with color, there are only 5-6 common colors. It would be nice to be able to set quantity to 0 for out of stock items. I would also like to see it made a universal app taking advantage of the larger screen. Overall a decent app but seems geared more toward home use than small business.

The app functions very well, and has some nifty features. Id give this 5 stars if the UPC scanner got closer to 100% of the UPCs I scan or enter. It currently gets about half. Another feature that would add value would be an ISBN lookup for books. Many of my books have an ISBN, but no UPC or EAN code.

I bought the pro version and it seemed to work very well but when it got to synchronizing it on ebay it kept closing unexpectedly. Im not sure why but just make sure it works before purchasing the app. After a while it starts to crash but if they fix it the app works well.

The program is terrific but it would make more sense to begin with the vendor name and then be able to photograph the item next before having to put all the other info in. Thanks Sheila Kuhl

The scanner often did not work, the sync with eBay often crashed, a number of fields in list item form on eBay were missing here. I regret buying the Pro upgrade. Time to go back to the drawing board, guys.

This app is just perfect for me. I run a little shop on Etsy and have recently expanded my inventory. I do everything in my cramped bedroom (share a household with 5 others and dont have much space). This app not only eliminates the problems I have been having locating my stock, but it also gives me an accurate estimate of the value of the stock I currently have on hand. I was doing everything this app does the hard way, writing out with pen and paper. This app is a huge timesaver! I loved it so much that I upgraded to the Pro version. Havent had any problems with it, smooth and easy to operate. I dont use the barcode scanner because I make everything I sell, so I cannot comment on that. I also love that I have access to online data via the website (pro version only). I can update my info when I am on my computer and transfer my data to a new phone via my account. The photos are even stored on the servers for me. I can even save and print out the CSV data sheet for physical inventory pages (for those times when I miss the printed page, or if I need it to track sales during a craft show). This app is no worries and no hassle. The ONLY app that I have ever fully upgraded, and the only app that I see is worth it!!

I run a small business, and have multiple of the same items. I would love for there to be a way to change how many of an item I have on hand, and an easier way to update my quantities when I sell something.

I bought the pro version and was unable to link my ebay account. I politely contacted the app writers for help. I received no response. To me that should be zero stars.

Awesome app. Works great and does everything I need for a small business

I like everything about the app but the whole reason I would use it is to scan in barcodes. The scanner will not recognize or store the barcode :( PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix! I would love to be able to scan it in so when I receive another one with the same barcode it tracks it.

Will not go wrong, read and look at what this app can do. It has helped me to streamline my inventory. Thanks to all the programmers. A++++

Search function is only limited to names and tags of each item. Whats the use of having an inventory list if you cant search for every details of each item. Would give a 5 star rating if you improve the search function on the next update.

Got this a few days back and its operating as advertised. A convenient way to document inventories.

Sent emails weeks ago, regarding it not displaying correct item detail information to list eBay items, which was not fixed. and keep getting errors to accept automatic payment and to go a website, but I have no problems listing items directly from eBays app!!!!

The barcode will show on the screen and detect a barcode, but it does not match anything when you have the UPC setup in the system. This makes the application completely worthless.

Great app! Organizes my $$.

Everything works except the barcode scanner. If the scanner worked this would be a five star app. Support for this app is very slow to respond if they do.
